Extract ISO to C:\Unattended\WindowsISO\
Copy autounattend.xml to C:\Unattended\WindowsISO\

Download and install Windows 10 ADK.

During install, only select: Deployment Tools.

Start “Deployment and Imaging Tools Environment” with administrator privileges.
