SOLVED: SAFE_OS REPLICATE_OC upgrade error

The installation failed in the SAFE_OS phase with an error during REPLICATE_OC operation
Download Windows 7 iso (X17-59236.iso), extract, run setup.exe and choose Upgrade.
After that upgrade to Windows 10 using the Media Creation Tool.
